Our Process

Feasibility study

We assess and investigate the potential of a site or building, its overall condition and significance, as well as the constraints and opportunities for our clients.

Planning stage

If you require assistance with council approval, our team will provide you with the best plan in accordance with your needs and planning requirements. We liaise with the council and provide support until the permit is granted.

Building permit

We are here to look after all your needs. You do not have to worry about the legal process of building permits and construction methodology, as everything can be taken care of with the help of our team.

Project management

We manage the construction site, deal with contractors and ensure the contract between client and contractor is executed in accordance with the terms.

I founded Hanna Architects after gaining 15 years of experience in residential, commercial and hospitality projects.

I take ownership of a project all the way from its conception, until the last nail is hammered in. Success for me isn’t measured solely by the aesthetic of my design on paper, but by the successful, on-time and on-budget completion of a project.

In order to achieve this, the scope of my services goes way beyond the initial design phase. My services can be tailored based on your needs, including contract administration, project management, liaising with council, interior design and appointing other consultants.

Shweta has over 10 years of experience in residential projects, primarily working with builders and developers. She has a solid knowledge of standards & regulations as well as has a keen eye for detail.

Master of Architecture, Deakin University

Baris is a graduate architect. Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD, he is detail-oriented and keen to take on new opportunities and challenges.
